I do not care for the new template. While I totally agree with you on loving black, everyone does black. Black is straight played, homie! Don't be a jive turkey, get your color on.

Also, I thought you might be interested to know that I read in a newspaper recently that "rich is the new poor". So there that is.

The only thing I can think of is to turn the editor off and use the ghetto-style one - it still has quick-buttons for some of the more-used tags (bold, italics, links, etc) but it's just not as pretty. Admin>Options>Writing - unclick "users should use the visual rich editor by default". As for changing the basic behavior, I can't find anything out there. I personally like the paragraph breaks since that's how I write and think, but that's the only thing I can think of (or find) for your problem.

Hey, question for ya: When writing in WordPress, the editor defaults to interpreting the hard return as a new html paragraph:
Is there any way to edit the actual text editor's behavior so that it interprets the as a line break instead?
I use significantly more line breaks than full paragraph breaks in my writing, and it's a goddamn pain in the ass to have to hand code the html of every one of my posts to get it to look right.
I apologize for botherin' you with this, but I don't know the correct language to be able to research this matter myself.

And dude, I'm diggin' the new template. See ya in a couple weeks!
